Opening keynote. Afzal Mangal, Head of iotcreators.com (a Deutsche Telecom company), will open up the day with a keynote to share the learnings presented in his book “How telcos destroy their future relevance”.

You will be divided into networking groups to discuss the latest hot topics affecting the IoT landscape today. The session will be hosted by moderators to guide the conversations about the many components of the IoT ecosystem.

Insights into industrial IoT use cases

Learn from this multi-billion company on how using connected devices to digitize logistics is helping companies create more efficient manufacturing plants. More information about this session will be released shortly.

Jörg Rehder from TEGnology will explore the opportunities of energy harvesting for cellular applications, ranging from thermal energy to pipe-to-air and pipe-to-soil. He will navigate us through real-life applications, assessing the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of energy harvesting compared to the cost of batteries.

A panel discussion about the importance of connectivity from the various operator businesses that offer connectivity solutions: MVNOs and MNOs. There will be a moderator asking questions about the viewpoints and challenges that operators face in IoT today.

We’re bringing back the highlight of last year’s summit! If the Danish weather allows, we’re moving the networking outside to the waterfront, for refreshing beverages and engaging conversations about the day.

Closing presentation by Onomondo

This presentation, hosted by Onomondo CTO and Co-Founder Henrik Aagaard, will wrap up Made for IoT with some highlights from the day, insights into the future of connectivity, and some exciting developments about what Onomondo has coming up next.

Drinks, networking and dinner

After wrapping up the day, there will be time to grab a drink from the bar, catch up on emails or continue the conversations with fellow attendees. Around 18 o’clock, we will move to the other side of the venue for a relaxed networking dinner.
